Ingredients
- Phad Thai Sauce 1 Piece / 100 g.
- Noodles 100 g.
- Meat 100 g.
- Oil 2 tbs.
- Add an egg
- Add Stir-fired tofu
How to make Phad Thai Sauce “Classic Thai”
- Put the dried noodles 100 g. in boiling water until softened, drain them and return the noodles to the bowl.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add preferred meat 100 g. stirring occasionally. Add the eggs and scramble quickly.
- Put the drained noodle, shake and pour the Classic thai Phad thai Sauce, then add the stir-fried tofu and vegetable mixture.
- Serve with the lime wedges, sugar and chilli powder.
