Ingredients

  1. Phad Thai Sauce 1 Piece / 100 g.
  2. Noodles 100 g.
  3. Meat 100 g.
  4. Oil 2 tbs.
  5. Add an egg
  6. Add Stir-fired tofu

How to make Phad Thai Sauce “Classic Thai”

  1. Put the dried noodles 100 g. in boiling water until softened, drain them and return the noodles to the bowl.
  2. Put 2 tablespoons of the oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add preferred meat 100 g. stirring occasionally. Add the eggs and scramble quickly.
  3. Put the drained noodle, shake and pour the Classic thai Phad thai Sauce, then add the stir-fried tofu and vegetable mixture.
  4. Serve with the lime wedges, sugar and chilli powder.
